- These Terms take precedence over any customer's own terms
- Wooji can update Terms at any time; continued use = acceptance
- Contract forms only when you receive Order Confirmation by email
3. Ordering & Payment

- Website, phone, or in-person at London-area showroom
- Must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details
Pricing:
- All prices in GBP (£) including VAT unless stated
- Delivery charges shown at checkout or provided in quotation
Payment:
- Full payment required at time of order
- Methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved methods
- Goods won't dispatch until payment clears
Order Rights:
- Wooji may refuse any order (e.g., out of stock or other business reasons)
4. Delivery
Timeframe:
- 2-3 business days for in-stock items within UK
- Estimated times communicated at checkout and via email
- Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed
Delivery Method:
- Kerbside delivery or nearest accessible point
- Customer responsible for ensuring clear access
Delivery Areas:
- UK-wide and selected European locations
- Non-UK orders: contact for custom quote
Collection Option:
- Available from Harlow warehouse by prior arrangement
- No delivery fee for collection
Failed Delivery:
- If unavailable or refuse delivery without valid reason, you may be charged redelivery or storage costs

9. Quality Guarantee
- All products delivered undamaged and match description
- Visible damage: report at delivery
- Other faults: report within 14 days of receipt
- May request photos or arrange inspection
10. Liability
- Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud from negligence
- Not liable for delays from events beyond reasonable control (strikes, weather, supply chain issues, natural disasters)
- If such events last more than 14 days, either party can cancel with full refund
11. Account & Privacy
- Registration and data use follow Privacy & Cookies Policy
- Complies with UK Data Protection Act and GDPR
- Maintain account confidentiality

12. Record Keeping
- Wooji maintains digital records of all orders
- Will send copy of order and Terms upon request
