Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframe: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days for in-stock items within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and confirmed via email. While we aim to meet these estimates, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Coverage: We deliver across the United Kingdom and selected European locations. For non-UK orders, please contact us for a custom delivery quote. If your address is outside our regular service area, we will notify you and arrange alternative options or a refund.

Delivery Costs: Delivery charges are shown at checkout or provided at the time of quotation. Delivery costs depend on your postcode and the size/weight of the product.

Delivery Method: Products are delivered to the kerbside or nearest accessible point at your delivery address. You are responsible for ensuring there is clear access for delivery.

Collection Option: Customers may collect products directly from our Harlow warehouse by prior arrangement, with no delivery fee.

Delivery Acceptance: A signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect your product immediately for damage or missing items and note any issues on the delivery note.

Failed Delivery or Refusal: If you are unavailable to receive your product or refuse delivery without valid reason, you may be charged for redelivery or storage costs.

Ownership and Risk: Ownership passes to you upon delivery and full payment. Risk transfers at the point of delivery.

Dispatch Conditions: Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, weather, supply chain issues, natural disasters). If such events last more than 14 days, either party may cancel the order with a full refund for undelivered products.
