Returns Policy

Cooling-Off Period (Section 6.1):

  • Consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel their order
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility

Return Procedure (Section 6.2):

  • Contact Wooji via sales@wooji.net with your order reference number
  • Returns must be pre-authorised before sending
  • Product must be securely packaged for return

Refunds Policy

Refund Processing (Section 6.3):

  • Approved refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection of returned product
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once item has shipped

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation (Section 3.7):

  • If you cancel before the order is dispatched, you get a full refund within 2 business days
  • Must contact them immediately to request cancellation

Faulty or Damaged Products (Section 7)

Reporting Issues:

  • Visible damage must be reported at delivery (note it on the delivery note)
  • Other faults must be reported within 14 days of receipt

Resolution Options:

  • Contact sales@wooji.net with proof of purchase
  • Wooji will arrange: repair, replacement, or refund
  • May request photographs or arrange inspection first

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Does not cover: misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear
