1. ABOUT US AND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Who we are:
"We", "us", or "our" refers to Wooji Massage Chairs, located at Unit 3, 6 West Road, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2DU.
1.2 Scope:
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply by us of any massage chair or related product ("Product") ordered by you through our website, showroom, or by telephone.
By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Changes:
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of the site will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 Definitions:
All definitions follow the same interpretation as the Wooji Flooring Terms & Conditions, except that references to “flooring” or “installation” are replaced with “massage chairs” and “delivery”.
2. EFFECT
2.1 Acceptance:
By submitting an order, giving delivery instructions, or accepting delivery, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 Priority:
These Terms take precedence over any of your own terms or conditions.
2.3 Consumer Rights:
Where you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law (including your right to goods that correspond with their description, are of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose).
3. ORDERING PRODUCTS
3.1 Placing an Order:
Orders can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at our London-area showroom. You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details.
3.2 Price:
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown at checkout or provided at the time of quotation.
3.3 Delivery:
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days for in-stock items within the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs depend on your postcode and the size/weight of the Product.
For non-UK orders, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.
3.4 Collection:
Customers may collect Products directly from our Harlow warehouse by prior arrangement, with no delivery fee.
3.5 Payment:
Payment is required in full at the time of order, via accepted credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
3.6 Order Confirmation:
A Contract is formed only when you receive our Confirmation of Order by email. We may refuse any order if the item is out of stock or for other reasonable business reasons.
3.7 Cancellation (before dispatch):
If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, contact us immediately. We will refund any payments made within 2 business days of receiving your cancellation.
3.8 Record Keeping:
We maintain a digital record of all orders and will send you a copy of your order and these Terms upon request.
4. DELIVERY OF MASSAGE CHAIRS
4.1 Delivery Method:
Products are delivered to the kerbside or nearest accessible point at your delivery address. You are responsible for ensuring there is clear access for delivery.
4.2 Delivery Timeframe:
Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and confirmed via email. While we aim to meet these estimates, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
4.3 Acceptance:
A signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect your Product immediately for damage or missing items and note any issues on the delivery note.
4.4 Failed Delivery or Refusal:
If you are unavailable to receive your Product or refuse delivery without valid reason, you may be charged for redelivery or storage costs.
4.5 Ownership and Risk:
Ownership passes to you upon delivery and full payment. Risk transfers at the point of delivery.
4.6 Careful Handling:
Please take care when unpacking to avoid damage. Do not use sharp tools near upholstery or materials.
5. PRODUCT FEATURES AND PERFORMANCE
5.1 Product Use:
Wooji Massage Chairs are designed for residential or office relaxation use. Always follow the user manual for proper operation and maintenance.
5.2 Power and Setup:
Ensure the Product is connected to a compatible power supply. Do not operate in damp or unstable environments.
5.3 Assembly:
Some models may require simple assembly (e.g., attaching side panels or leg rest). Clear instructions will be provided.
5.4 Demonstration and Showroom Use:
Products displayed in our London showroom may be demonstration units. Actual items supplied are new unless otherwise stated.
6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Cooling-Off Period:
Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery, provided the Product is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
6.2 Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, contact us via sales@wooji.net quoting your order reference. Returns must be pre-authorised and securely packaged.
6.3 Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection of the returned Product. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an item has shipped.
7. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
7.1 Quality Guarantee:
We warrant that all Products will be delivered undamaged and correspond to their description.
7.2 Reporting Faults:
Any visible damage must be reported at delivery. Other faults must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
7.3 Inspection:
We may request photographs or arrange inspection before processing a repair, replacement, or refund.
7.4 Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.
7.5 Liability:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our negligence.
8. WARRANTIES AND SERVICE
8.1 Standard Warranty:
Wooji Massage Chairs include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering mechanical and electrical components.
8.2 Extended Warranty:
Extended coverage may be available at an additional cost. Details are provided on request.
8.3 Warranty Claims:
Contact sales@wooji.net with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to policy.
9. DELIVERY LOCATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
We deliver across the United Kingdom and selected European locations.
If your address is outside our regular service area, we will notify you and arrange alternative options or a refund.
10. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY
Registration and data use follow our Privacy & Cookies Policy, which complies with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR.
You must maintain confidentiality of your account and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
11. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, weather, supply chain issues, natural disasters). If such events last more than 14 days, either party may cancel the order with a full refund for undelivered Products.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
